In-stock metal detector delivered same-day to a sauce company with a line down due to old equipment failure. The Sesotec Intuity uses multi-simultaneous frequency technology to detect 2mm metal on hot filled sauces. It finds contaminants that come in with the produce/ingredients from the fields.

February 2024 - Henderson, NV

Project management to upgrade a nutraceutical tablet packaging line, reducing headcount from 6+ people to 3 operators. We developed and positioned the layout in the customer's site drawing, requested bids from multiple vendors, and included a 48 month 5% buyout lease option. With a majority of the vendors being U.S.-based, the equipment was delivered and installed in 4 months.

March 2026 - Phoenix, AZ

Customer previously purchased a used metal detector, which died 1 week before their SQF audit. This unit was delivered onsite and running production 48 hours later. Customer put $0 down on the unit, and issued a placeholder PO while we helped them secure financing.
